Over the past five years or so I’ve really done some deep thinking and feeling on how I show up and give during the holiday season. Society really pushes us to give and buy more than we’re able and it feels wasteful and unaligned with my values, but I’ve been struggling with finding an alternate way to show up for the holidays.

So, in this week’s episode, I’m talking about how we can align our values with the way we show up and give during the holiday season.

Our actions spread messages on how we feel around worth and gifts, and I challenge you to take a step back and think about how you want your impact on the world, in both big and small ways, to be this holiday season.
