Indigenous Peoples Day | What We're Doing & How You Can Join Us

Monday October 12 is Indigenous Peoples Day, an incredibly important day for us to focus on. While it's a drop in a universe-sized bucket compared to what we would like to do, we're giving 3% of our sales now through tomorrow at midnight to the Dig Deep Right to Water Project (please visit their very thorough site) versus the 1% it generally receives. And while 20% OFF is still available through Sunday 8/11 with FALLFEELS20, we'll send you a 25% OFF PASS valid through the end of the month if you post a photo of where you live currently or your favorite spot with a screenshot of the original inhabitants through Native-land.ca . Tag us, @lakeeffectco on a post or story through Facebook or Instagram. If social isn't your thing, send with that screenshot via email to jumpin@lakeeffectco.com and we'll still send along the 25% off pass. 

Ideally, you’re sharing it because we want to spread the awareness that we are living on Native lands. If you’re called, perhaps you want to learn more about those people, see how they might be in need, or start with passing along this info.
