I wrote and recorded this today after seeing that the lakeshore path outside my apartment was now blocked off and all the tools I've been sharing with others about how to create "Blue Mind In-Place" were now my reality. With no access to my powerful cold water swims and sunrises by the water to ground me each day, I wanted to arm myself for the weeks ahead.
